I had to watch this video for an essay I was writing comparing and contrasting Down Syndrome with Fetal Alcohol syndrome for my Psy 18 class. I thought this video was very informative, I learned a lot of details about children with Down that I had no idea about. I have a 2 year old daughter today, and while I am blessed with a child who is a "normal" child, I can still appreciate the hardships and also the blessing parents with Down children have. I have come in contact with many Down children and teenagers in my lifetime and I have always found that they are the sweetest, happiest people to be around and they find the good in everyone and everything. Sometimes it takes the innocence of a person with Down to help us fully appreciate the beauty of the world around us. Thank you for sharing this video with me and the rest of the world.
